Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing and Brand PR Manager to elevate our firm’s reputation and build a strong, client-centered brand presence. You’ll play a crucial role in promoting our values—trust, transparency, and a people-centered approach to immigration. Working closely with our highly knowledgeable immigration team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that communicate our commitment to excellent client care and expertise.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a firm that values authenticity, encourages individuality, and trusts you with meaningful responsibility right from the start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that highlights the firm’s dedication to client-centered service, trustworthiness, and high-quality immigration expertise.
- Oversee the creation and publication of engaging, informative content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Work with the immigration team to develop content that educates clients on visa processes and showcases the firm’s expertise in UK immigration law.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and legal publications to secure positive media coverage.
- Write and distribute press releases that highlight new services, client success stories, or industry insights relevant to UK immigration.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, search engines, and email to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with the firm’s strategic goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and client-focused updates.
- Collaborate with the immigration team to understand client pain points and develop messaging that addresses common concerns in the immigration journey.
- Design marketing materials that enhance client onboarding and provide clarity on the immigration process, including guides, videos, and infographics.
- Organise and manage firm participation in industry events, conferences, and client-focused webinars to promote the brand and educate the public on immigration matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in Legal or Immigration Sector Marketing: Knowledge of the UK immigration landscape and prior experience marketing for law firms or related industries is highly desirable.
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling messaging.
- A proactive and innovative thinker who can develop campaigns that resonate with clients and build brand loyalty.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable working within a collaborative team environment, especially alongside solicitors and caseworkers.
- Able to speak fluently both in English & Chinese (preferred, not mandatory)
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing firm, shaping how clients view and experience immigration assistance. If you’re a dedicated brand and PR professional who thrives in a supportive, people-first workplace, we invite you to apply and help us redefine what an immigration firm can be.
