Summary

As a Rebound & Trampoline Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality coaching sessions, creating fun and engaging activities, and fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. You'll have the chance to innovate and introduce new activities that will help Jump Space grow and reach even more members of our community.
• Coaching Inspiring Sessions: Deliver trampolining and rebound therapy sessions that adhere to our high standards
• Innovate & Grow: Share new activities to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Mentorship: Guide and supervise young leaders, and volunteers to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Plan & Organise: Prepare and deliver sessions, organise groups.
• Maintain Safety & Progression: Ensure all activities are conducted safely and follow recognised progressions.
• Evaluate & Improve: Assess the success of sessions, record outcomes, and continuously improve the quality of our programmes.
• Collaborate: Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay connected and inspired.

What we’re looking for:
• Empathy & Understanding: A genuine empathy for individuals with disabilities and a commitment to addressing their physical, social, and psychological needs.
• Experience: Prior experience working with people with additional needs and disabilities is highly valued.
• Qualifications: Preferred but not essential Level 2 Rebound practitioner training or BG Level 2 Trampoline Coach qualification (training available). Enthusiasm to learn is most important
• Fitness: Reasonable level of personal fitness required as work requires being on trampoline for most sessions
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with a variety of individuals.
• Working pattern: Working hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9.30am-1.30pm (12 hrs), including Saturday 10.00am-2.00pm (16hrs). Overtime opportunities available for evenings and weekends.
• Computer literacy: competent with basic computer applications.
