Summary

Key Responsibilities:
• Receipt of all items from third party suppliers.
• Stores and stock control, including inventory accuracy, write-off and reconciliation.
• Preventing access to stores by unauthorized personnel.
• Product labelling and barcoding.
• Picking products for sales, works orders and ad hoc requests.
• Carry out stock takes of stores and assist with those in other areas.
• Carry out deliveries to and collections from suppliers and partners using company vehicles.
• Represent the company in the best possible manner while off-site.
All these duties are to be performed in a safe manner with an awareness of individual responsibility for health and safety. Please note that this role involves some heavy lifting and long periods of standing.
The successful candidate should have a positive attitude, a good work ethic, be proactive, punctual, and be able to work under pressure. Have basic computer skills including working with an ERP system. Be organised with good attention to detail, a fast learner, and a meticulous approach to work.
