To provide support to children, young people and their families through the delivery of a varied family support offer in order to improve outcomes for children aligned to the Supporting Families Programme. Your role will be to undertake Early Help assessments and act as lead practitioner, to assess, co-ordinate, plan and deliver integrated and intense family support as part of a multiagency early help plan. You will be based in one of our Family Hubs.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are able to build effective relationships with children, young people, families and partners. You will be able to see the life of a child using the lens of a ‘whole family approach’, being outcome focussed. You will be able to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds in a variety of environments including their homes.
