Summary

We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working 42 hours a week (you will be required to work a mixture of day shifts, night shifts and weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Adele Cottages. Adele Cottages are 2 one-bed houses providing residential support for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge. We provide placements for adults who require a supportive home, with round the clock care. The aim of the service is to provide a pathway from Cygnet Sherwood Lodge and other hospitals back to community living.
