Our Guest Experience Hosts are the face of Westgate Oxford, responsible for delivering excellent standards in service and hospitality which surpass our guest's aspirations. You will make every Guests' special right from the start and doing your utmost to make all guests feel welcome.

This Guest Experience Host role is offered a full time, permanent basis, including weekends. Due to the nature of this role being based in Westgate Oxford

Experience in Customer/Guest Services would be fabulous, not essential as you will be trained the Westgate way. Great skills in prioritising, organisation and working well under pressure.
