Summary
Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-known Engineering company in their search for a Fabrication Team Leader in in their Fabrication shop in Flintshire.
For the successful Fabrication Team Leader, our client is offering:
• Up to £22 per hour (Depending on skillset & experience)
• Overtime is available at x1.5 & x2 rates
• Full-time hours Monday to Friday
• Permanent position
• Potential opportunities for international project work
The Role - Fabrication Team Leader
• Supervising a Fabrication and Welding workshop
• Working with sheet metal, structural steel and carbon.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time
• Conducting weld tests and interviews
• Managing workload in the workshop for site work
What our client is looking for in a Fabrication Team Leader
• Experience in similar role ESSENTIAL
• Experience supervising in an engineering workshop ESSENTIAL
• Qualifications in Fabrication and Welding BENEFICIAL
