Summary

Trainee Admin Officer is required for a prestigious property management company in central London.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
• Assist in the coordination of projects and team activities.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Provide general office management duties – including ordering of office supplies, overseeing general office upkeep.
Work closely with property manager and help to meet deadlines as and when required.
Work closely with maintenance administrator and able to liaise with contractors/landlords/other staff in the provision of the day-to-day maintenance service.
Assist in the administrative works and office duties which may be required in the absence of the Property managers.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette while communicating with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.

Experience:
- Good verbal & written Communication skills, must be able to use own initiative and effective team player
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and data entry.
- Experience of using computer software including Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook etc
