Summary
To support Open Road services including collecting, collating and evaluating data, updating and producing reports, and supporting the administration of database systems.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Data Administrator, you will be produce monthly, or as and when required, statistical information including regular performance reports for all Open Road services, and analysis of trends for the senior management team. You will also collate, interpret and summarise NDTMS reports for service managers and the senior management team.

What you need –
To have knowledge and experience of using business IT software including Microsoft Office, Windows, and web browsers, including intermediate use of Excel.
To have knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Power Bi.
To have advanced database and spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, and Excel macros and complex formulas.
To be able to demonstrate an understanding of key performance indicators, targets, and how they are used to monitor and improve services.
To be confident at working with minimal supervision.
This position is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check at basic level.
