We’re looking for a Multi-Site PPM Technician / Caretaker to ensure the safety, functionality, and presentation of multiple sites across Leicester, Derby, and Nottingham. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards and supporting our clients with a variety of tasks.
Are you the right person for the job?
· Previous experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or related field preferred
· Basic knowledge of fire and water safety regulations (training provided)
· Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and repairs
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Attention to detail and proactive issue resolution
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
What will your role look like?
· Conduct weekly fire alarm testing and basic building fire safety checks
· Perform weekly little-used outlet flushing for water safety compliance
· Carry out monthly water temperature checks
· Conduct monthly emergency light tests
· Respond promptly to requests for small works and repairs
· Assist with furniture movement and office set-up for clients
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
· Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
