Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our clients group of hotels. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, multi-channel engagement, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to create cohesive marketing communications that align with the overall objectives of the hotel and each department.

As our clients new Marketing Manager, you will be at the core of their marketing team, leading traditional marketing and communication efforts tailored to our leisure guests, corporate clients, and country club members.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting several properties. Your key responsibilities will include managing traditional marketing communications such as Out-of-Home advertising, coordinating with an external PR agency, and developing email marketing strategies in partnership with a Marketing Executive. Additionally, you will organise press events and ensure that each of the hotels has the media coverage and marketing channels needed for success.



What do we want you to bring to the table?

-You will work across several hotels managing the creation, development, and implementation of the leisure marketing plan. Collaborating with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll set the strategy, develop campaign ideas, understand guest segmentation, and manage media buying and briefing.

-You will bring fresh ideas to ensure the hotels and brand are always visible, using a range of strategies including Out-of-Home and PR campaigns, press activities, in-hotel marketing, as well as TV and radio.

-You will lead cross-departmental relationships to deliver an engaging email experience for the business and subscribers. Working with Revenue, Sales, in-hotel teams, and others, you’ll ensure messages strike a balance between brand identity and commercial goals. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align and execute campaign messages and deliverables.

-Working with the Events and Business Development team, you’ll help develop the marketing strategy for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and wedding offerings.

-You will also collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider team to integrate your messages into the social media plan, maximising engagement across all social media campaigns.
-You will be passionate about promoting us you’ll actively seek partnerships with like-minded organisations to introduce new audiences to our brand.
-You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition across all channels, demonstrating a deep understanding of a well- executed marketing funnel.



What we are looking for

-This isn’t your first Marketing Manager role. You’re results-driven, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing strategies to grow revenue, maximise commercial opportunities, meet and exceed customer expectations, adapt to evolving trends, and expand audience reach.
-Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
-Strong strategic leadership and team management skills.
-A successful track record of meeting revenue targets and understand the marketing funnel, sales techniques and execution tactics to increase visibility.
-Creative and innovative thinker, capable of designing unique and compelling travel marketing campaigns.
-Experience using CRM systems for reporting, research, and insights.
-A growth mindset: you’re eager to learn, develop, and explore new approaches. We’ll support your drive to expand your knowledge.
-Proven ability to influence multiple senior stakeholders across the commercial team and senior leadership.
-Excellent organisational skills, essential for juggling multiple projects, managing partners, and supporting the team effectively.

What you’ll get in return

This role is a hybrid role with 3 days working across our hotels and the remaining 2 days working from home. It offers a very generous basic salary from £39k per annum along with numerous benefits.
