Monday to Friday 40 Hours per Week
CompEx Electrician required for an industry leading engineering company who provide services to industrial engineering sectors such as utilities, renewable energy, petrochemical, oil & gas and manufacturing. This is a great opportunity to join a company at an exciting time of expansion.
The successful candidate be a qualified CompEx Electrician and can come from any industrial background. You will hold CompEx Ex01 - Ex04 qualification (or equivalent) and will hold a minimum of City and Guilds (or equivalent) in an electrical or instrumentation discipline.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installations and CompEx inspections of low voltage control systems at client sites across the North West. This will involve working in hazardous areas and you will often work independently, or within a small team of two. You will spend 70% of your time on site, and approximately 30% at the company’s headquarters in Winsford.
CompEx Electrician Role:
· Installation and remedial works
· CompEx inspections of LV electrical control systems
· Process instrumentation
· Writing reports and calibration certificates
· Working across the North West – 70% site based
CompEx Electrician Candidate:
· Qualified CompEx Electrician
· Able to work independently
