Trainee or Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Heathrow Airport – 30 - 40K
I am currently representing an excellent facilities & construction expert who have exciting opportunities for graduate or trainee Quantity surveyors to come and join a growing company on a prestigious site at Heathrow Airport. They have been successfully operating for over 10 years and provide full construction fit out through to facilities maintenance to high end commercial clients including airports, show rooms and various others.
You will be office based providing estimations, quotations, surveying jobs and costs form sub-contractors and estimating projects to mainly airport lounges on site. Duties to include researching materials, equipment and labour costs. Gathering quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers. Assessing the levels of risk on a project. Analysing company data, exchange rates and prices using software packages.
You will be provided full support from a Estimation & QS team within the business with the chance to be provided with extra training within the business. With excellent training opportunities and a clear path for progression this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into construction and work on a multitude of projects that vary within the airport.
In return my client is looking to offer:
- 30 - 40K Basic Salary – dependant on exp.
- Mobile phone & laptop provided
- Stakeholder pension scheme & Generous Sick Pay
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Working hours day – 07.45 – 16.30
- Working at Heathrow – office based – all training and competencies costs associated with the airport are provided by the client
