Summary
We are looking to expand our bank of Examination Invigilators to join our friendly team in the running of all public and internal examinations throughout the academic year. The post would be ideally suited to applicants who are highly organised, vigilant and reliable, have excellent attention to detail and can remain calm under pressure with the flexibility to be called in at short notice.Duties will include:• Monitor the conduct of students within the examination room according to the guidelines issued by the College and the examining bodies, under the direction of the designated person in charge.
• Assist with distribution of exam materials and collection of examination scripts at the appropriate time.
• To ensure that the students have written all the information that is required on the front of the paper.
• To ensure that the candidates do not remove scripts, equipment, or other stationery from the room without authorisation.
• Complete attendance registers.
• Ensure security of exam material and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform such other duties which allow for the smooth running of the examinations.
Hours of work: on an ad hoc basis during the main examination season, May – June and at other times throughout the school year, as needed.
