Summary
Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Team Leaderr to ensure our teams are providing high standards of grounds maintenance/gardening across various locations across Leciestershire and Derbyshire. Your role will involve leading teams of Grounds Maintenance Opertaives that are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of external areas on housing sites in both Leciester and Derby. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. This role is permanent, full time position, the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Coaching and developing employees.
• Inspection of grounds equipment on a regular basis to ensure they are in good working order.
• Grounds maintenance duties such as mowing, weeding, strimming etc.
• The safe use of ride-on mowers, rotary mowers, strimmer’s, leaf blowers and other horticultural machines
• Soil cultivation, digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, edging, and pruning
Key requirements:
• Full UK Drivers Licence.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Experience within grounds maintenance or gardeing.
