Job Description: As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised sales floor.
- Help restock and arrange merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and promotions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Previous experience in retail would be an advantage
