We are looking for an Electrician to join the responsive repairs team to provide a high-quality service while undertaking maintenance work on tenanted and vacant properties operating across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and South Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking quality electrical rewires, responsive repairs, planned maintenance and other works, including associated making good and other works commensurate to the skills of an electrician.
- Carrying out electrical rewires, certification and notation for as-built drawing on refurbishment work.
- Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.
- Participating in out of hours standby rota
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship or equivalent
- Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations - BS7671:2018
- Level 3 Award in the Periodic Inspection & Testing and Certification of in-service Electrical Installations (QCF) or equivalent
