Summary

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work within Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) Finance Team. As part of a large and diverse finance team the key responsibilities of this role are to make payments to service users, apply client contributions and assist in the auditing of Direct Payment Accounts. The Clerical Officer will be responsible for the input and updating of HSCPs Care First and SAP client databases. This is a front facing role and the post holder will be required to respond to telephone and email enquiries. You must possess good communication skills, be flexible, organised and proficient in Microsoft Excel with finance and client database experience.

These posts are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).

This post is temporary for a period up to 2 years.
