Summary
The Best Connection are working closely with our client, a well established business with national coverage, to find LGV C (HGV Class 2) drivers for their depot based in Hartlepool.
The positions will Temp to Perm for the most suitable candidates however, ad hoc work is also available .
The role: The safe operation of a Class Two (C) vehicle with a winch. Completion of vehicle checks before and after driving duties. Manual handling, with some heavy lifting, use of trolley trucks. Checking deliveries with client's customers Store and home delivery The Driver: Valid "C" (Class Two) Licence In date CPC and DIGI Card Excellent communication and Customer Service skills In date DBS check Hours of work: 06.00am to 16.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime available on Saturdays Pay Rate: £14.81 per hour Benefits of working for The Best Connection: On-going assignments Holiday entitlement Personal accident insurance Excellent rates of pay On-line Payslips Pension provision Candidates will be invited to register online via our digital on-boarding system.
