You’ll join our lifeguarding team atTeddington Pools & Fitness Centre, TW11 8EZ

Facilities here includemain andlearnerpools, fitness suite,spin studio, hydrotherapy poolandstudio space.The Centre is opento the public7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

Whatyou’llbe doing

Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective. Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customerserviceand ensuring facilities are clean,safeand staffed, so that every customer hasa great experience.

Whatwe’llneed from you

Youmusthold a UK recognisedNational Pool Lifeguard qualificationfor this role. A first aid qualification and some experience would also be very desirable.Goodcommunicationand organisational skills are essential for this role.

You’llalso need a good knowledge of Health & Safety and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of a service.

You’llbeworkingarolling4 weekrota averaging18hours per week and this will include amixof weekday and weekendshifts(whichcover early and late shifts).
