Your new role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the business development initiatives. Reporting to the BD Director and working closely with the Marketing team, you will influence the development and implementation of strategies to support growth plans. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with key stakeholders, managing pipeline tracking, driving event activities, creating business development collateral, and fostering internal and external relationships.
What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 2 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within a legal services environment.
  • Strong organisational and proactive communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in designing client-focused collateral.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to engage confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • A team player with the initiative to question existing processes and introduce new ideas.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure.
