Summary
Organising activities for our Residents and support them in participating.
Develop activities based on Residents interests and goals.
Ensure a safe environment for the participants and support Residents in their hobbies, interests and/or create new ones.
Promote choice, dignity and independence.
You need to be creative, enthusiastic and a good listener.
Be able to think on your feet and act quickly to resolve problems that may arise.
