Summary
We now conduct inclusive methods of recruitment. This means we share in advance the title of any presentation and questions you may be asked during the interview. We have found this gives candidates more time to reflect on what we ask and as a result we find the interviews are more relaxed and candidates come up with meaningful and thoughtful answers. We find that responses are tailored more effectively and candidates are able to showcase their skills, experience and values to sell their best selves. We have found doing this reduces stress and anxiety, and for some neuro divergent candidates, helps them plan answers and process any complex verbal information. We don't want heavily rehearsed model answers which are delivered verbatim or read off a card. We want candidates to share their skills and experience in a conversation guided by the questions
