Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily estate operations to ensure all activities run smoothly.
Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks and repairs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and vendors regarding estate services.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within estates.
Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for estate management activities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Promote strong community relations by responding to resident inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in estate management, property management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in property or estate management roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in estate management.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
