Summary
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a respected client in Leicester for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children’s residential home. This is an incredible opportunity for a high-caliber candidate with the passion and expertise to make a difference in the lives of young people in care.
What We are Looking For:
Relevant Experience: Proven experience managing within children’s residential care settings, including leading teams and maintaining high standards of care.
NVQ Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent).
Ofsted Knowledge: Preferred experience working in Ofsted-regulated homes, with a track record of achieving good or outstanding ratings.
