Summary
Civil Litigation Solicitor needed in Cardiff
The rate is £50.00ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: RQ1399589
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large debt case load autonomously. They will be responsible for recovering debts including both Adult Social Care and Corporate debts and others.
They will maintain accurate record of all files, including the status of them, value of debt and sum recovered and will advise the client directorate appropriately and keeping them updated. They will be issuing court proceedings to include preparing all relevant Court papers and will be advising and assisting others within the team to include reviewing the work of Legal Assistants.
