We are seeking kind, caring, nurturing Nursery Practitioners to join our family feel team at our Dover setting.

Working with small children is a big deal. It’s a job that makes a difference by helping to give children the best start in life
Ideally applicants should be qualified to a minimum of CACHE Level 3 in Childcare (if you have a CACHE Level 2 applicants should be willing to gain the qualification in house via an apprenticeship).
The Role:
· To support children in early years.
· Able to encourage learning and development, through play
· Observe children's progress and keep records to share with parents and staff
· Assist in management of children in a nursery setting
Requirements:
· Relevant Level 3 or higher in Early Years Childcare qualification or willingness to undertake an apprenticeship and gain your Level 3 qualification (if Level 2 already held).
· Experience of SEN
· Excellent communication skills.
· Team player.
· A love for inspiring young minds.
Hours: Full time / part time hours are available. We are term time only with the option to be paid pro rata.
Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.
