The Employability Officer will motivate and support young people and adults looking to develop their skills and confidence, gain qualifications, and move closer to or into work, further education, training, or volunteering. Combining your passion for connecting communities and improving lives with strong organisational, communication and administrative skills, you’ll offer a positive learning experience and develop effective support to engage and build relationships with participants to enhance life chances.



Due to the expansion of our Employability & Skills Department, we’re looking for an Employability Officer to join our team, who will:

Be dedicated to making a difference
Work across Northamptonshire to support the delivery of our events, group sessions and 1-2-1 mentoring
Support people to build their confidence
Inspire and engage others in positive learning experiences to develop their skills, gain qualifications, and move into work, further education, training or volunteering.
