Summary
Job Advert:Workchain is currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver Counterbalance to join our client in ALDRIDGE on a temporary to a permanent basis. This role is within the Industrial industry, offering a pay rate of £12.00 per hour. This role is a split role where you will be required to do some picking and packing and also counterbalance work on the truck. The work that they do is dealing with pipes, brackets and clips. When you go permanent there is a pay increase! This is Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and on Fridays 0800 - 15:30 Key Responsibilities:- Operating a counterbalance forklift to safely and efficiently move materials around the warehouse- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles- Ensuring all goods are stored in the correct location- Conducting daily equipment checks and reporting any maintenance issues- Following health and safety guidelines at all timesQualifications Required:- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence- Previous experience operating a forklift in an industrial setting- Good communication skills- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environmentIf you meet the above criteria and are interested in this Forklift Driver Counterbalance role in Walsall, please apply at workchain.co.uk by completing our online application form.
