Summary

Position: Residential Care Home Manager

Service Users: Elderly with Dementia

Location: Golders Green, LB Barnet

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Our Client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Home Manager for a residential care home in North West London (NW11). This home, registered for 32 service users, provides exceptional care for the frail elderly and those living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

- Protect service users from harm and manage risks effectively.

- Oversee the medication process and ensure accurate records.

- Promote social activities and community involvement.

- Ensure nutritional and healthcare needs of service users are met.

- Foster positive relationships between care staff and service users.

- Keep care plans updated and responsive to changing needs.

- Lead service user and staff meetings to drive service improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

- NVQ 5 / RMN / QCF completed.

- Proven track record as a registered manager or similar senior role.

- Experience in elderly and dementia care.

- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
