As a Bank Care Support Worker you will work11 hours in a 12 hour shift and play a vital role in providing additional support in the care home. You may be providing comfort, reassurance, and assistance to individuals during the nocturnal hours one shift, and then engaging individuals in a variety of enriching activities in the next. You will have the opportunity to not only provide essential personal care throughout, but to monitor residents and support their routines.
At Sheffcare we provide our Bank workers rolled-up pay to include your holiday element so that you can financially manage the flexibility of bank work.
