Our comprehensive services include personalised one-on-one support, dynamic parenting advice and groups, assistance with accessing vital statutory and community services. We also have a digital family hub available 24/7. What sets us apart is our amazing team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference. We provide compassionate guidance, while connecting families with essential resources, and champion their well-being. ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic team as an Admin Navigator in the Wiltshire Family Hub, where every interaction counts and every step forward marks positive change. As an Admin Navigator for Wiltshire Family Hubs, you will be the linchpin connecting families to vital resources and services. Your organisational prowess and compassionate approach will empower families, ensuring they receive the support they need seamlessly. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of Wiltshire families, contributing to the harmony and well-being of our community through efficient and empathetic administrative navigation. Please note this role is based at Monkton Park Offices in Chippenham but there is an expectation that the successful applicant would be able to travel to other hubs within Wiltshire as needed.

We're seeking individuals who are approachable, confident, and detail orientated, with a self-motivated and quality driven mindset. Organised with good knowledge of administrative processes and digital tools used in administration is essential, along with excellent listening skills and a persistent approach to problem-solving. Your self-motivation and quality-driven mindset will ensure compassionate and effective support for all. Experience in an administrative role is essential, preferably within a family service or community support setting. You should also have experience in a customer service or support role, providing assistance and information for individuals and or families. If you're a self-motivated team player ready to make a real difference in the lives of families, we invite you to join our dedicated team at the Wiltshire Family Hub.
