Summary
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join my clients friendly team
The role will involve all types of conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion including:
• Sales & purchase
• Registered & unregistered
• Freehold, leasehold, new build & shared ownership
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity & help to buy
• Land Registry applications
• Generating leads and building relationships with local estate agents
