Summary
Other key responsibilities include: Ensure effective channels with government and parliamentary stakeholders are established and are used to effectively disseminate co-ordinated communications messages and conduct engagement activity Work with teams across NHS England to coordinate and capture relevant activity and messages and ensure these are effectively disseminated to relevant stakeholders Establish and develop links with policy think-tanks and other related organisations to ensure they are informed about relevant activity of NHS England and its impact Represent NHS England at key stakeholder meetings, and supporting the senior leadership team in some of their main engagement with national stakeholders Provide key intelligence from parliament and stakeholders to inform media strategy and to inform the work of the senior leadership team Provide up-to-date briefing materials for parliamentarians and stakeholders to ensure they are informed about NHS England policy. And then cascading these central resources to teams across NHS England. Support appearances of senior NHS England leaders at parliamentary committees Take a lead in the coordination of training and development and recruitment activity within parliamentary and government relations Secondments Applicants from within the NHS will be offered on a secondment basis only, agreement should be obtained from their employer prior to submitting the application.
