Are you an enthusiastic, energetic individual with a passion for working with children? Teaching Personnel is partnering with a fantastic SEN Primary School in Crawley that's looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support young pupils with diverse needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), mobility needs, and cerebral palsy. Lessons at this school are fun, engaging, and filled with playful activities, from singing and dancing to creative play with Play-Doh and paints. This role is ideal for someone with energy and creativity, who can keep students engaged, build their confidence, and bring a sense of fun to their learning environment.
Requirements:
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM
• A vibrant, positive attitude to support young learners in a creative setting
• A desire to make a real impact in children's learning and confidence
