Summary
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading warehousing company, in their search for a Warehouse Administrator to work in their Wrexham based facility.
For the successful Warehouse Administrator our client is offering;
• £12.00 per hour
• 1400 - 2200 Monday to Friday (1200 - 2000 Whilst Training, 1400 - 2200 only until end of December 2024 to support peak season then it is 1200 - 2000)
• Temporary to permanent

The Role of the Warehouse Administrator;
• Responsible for creating batch lists and picking lists for orders
• Booking shipments with couriers
• Inputting data onto the bespoke database for order scheduling
• Accurately checking completed orders against SLAs and planned timescales
• Planning order lists and ensuring deadlines are met
• Liaise with warehouse team leaders with regard to planning
• Respond to emails and enquiries with regard to order administration management
What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Administrator;
• Previous experience working in a fast paced administration role - ESSENTIAL
• Processing data accurately onto databases - ESSENTIAL
• Exposure to working with warehouse / distribution processes - DESIREABLE
• MS Excel competence - ESSENTIAL
• Able to coordinate under pressure during busy peak season
