Apprentice Administrator for Maternity Education Team

As this is an apprenticeship position alongside the job role you will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship. If you already hold a business qualification at level 3 or above you are not eligible to apply for this post.

To be eligible for an Apprenticeship you must meet the following criteria:
Be 16 years old or over
Have the right to work in the UK (without restrictions)
Have been permanently resident in the UK for the past 3 years
We welcome applications from those with lived experience of the care system.
• To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Maternity Education Team. Support the Education Team with general administrative duties to ensure a smoothrunning department.
• To act as first point of contact for internal and external communications to ensure they are directed and dealt with by the most appropriate member of the team.
• To support with data collection, report requests for training and education statistics.

Patients across north east London are benefitting from two new state of the art theatres at KGH and our Community Diagnostic Centres at Barking Community Hospital and St George’s Health and Wellbeing Hub will significantly increase the number of scans that can be carried out.
We’re looking forward to introducing an electronic patient record next year. This will mean the records of any patient visiting one of the seven hospitals run by BHRUT and Barts Health will be accessible to the clinical teams. It’ll make things easier for staff and will be better for patients.
