Are you a dynamic and experienced educator with a passion for business? We are seeking a dedicated Business Teacher who will also be Head of the Department to inspire and prepare our students for success in the fast-paced world of commerce.
Hays Education are looking for an experienced Business Studies teacher for a job in a Secondary School in Dudley. You will be the Head of the Department and in charge of another Teacher. Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in business-related subjects.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, discussions, and real-world case studies, to enhance student learning.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the business world and integrate relevant industry trends into the curriculum.
- Mentor and support students in their academic and career aspirations, guiding them towards their future goals.
What you'll need to succeed
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications. QTS
- Proven experience in teaching business subjects at the secondary or higher education level.
- Strong knowledge of business concepts, theories, and practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
