Summary

Job Description
• Contacting prospective clients by phone and email to introduce products, working tenaciously to maximise your contact levels and ultimately your sales.
• Making effective outbound calls with key decision makers
• Making customers aware of range of products.
• Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial telephone contact to completion of the sale.

Sales Administration
• Processing orders on Sage50 Accounts
• Placing orders with suppliers
• Sending samples to customer
• Chasing payment of orders

Skills/Experience Required:
· At least 6 years’ sales experience in a telephone based B2B or B2C role.
· Ability to build & maintain working relationships with clients.
· You are confident and tenacious, overcoming obstacles and securing deals.
· A self-starter: someone who thrives when they are achieving their goals.
· Good level of computer literacy, including 1 years’ experience of Sage 50 Accounts
· Excellent internal and external customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time – Based in CV4.
