Summary

This position is to cover a maternity leave - will start in January and full training will given .
Reception duties , to include answering telephone calls and taking messages , transferring calls to the correct department .
Input purchase invoices onto Sage accts package.
Allocation of customer receipts onto Sage when taken.
Raise panel orders and follow the process of inputting onto a live database .
Collate all paperwork for customer orders to be sent to the factory for manufacture
Email all customer invoices daily
Cross check all customer delivery notes for the despatch department
Print off supplier emails
Daily hredding
Any other office duties as required
