Summary

## About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support and Office Assistant who thrives on handling day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting directors and the wider team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining order and efficiency, enjoys assisting with routine enquiries and organisational tasks, and is comfortable telling customers you’ll follow up if an immediate answer isn’t available. Prior experience in the IT sector would be beneficial.

## Responsibilities
Assisting Directors with Admin and Office Management: Support our directors with essential administrative duties, providing general day-to-day assistance as needed.
Helping with Billing Enquiries: Coordinate with customers and suppliers to manage billing-related questions, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
Supporting Team Members with Admin Tasks: Provide administrative support to other staff, managing tasks such as document preparation, file organisation, and updating records.
Helping to Arrange Delivery and Collection of Customer Equipment: Organise the logistics of delivering and collecting customer equipment, ensuring timely and accurate coordination with relevant parties.
Working with Customers, Suppliers, and Staff to Solve Issues: Assist with a variety of enquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal staff, helping to resolve issues or escalating them to the appropriate team member when needed, with a focus on clear communication and follow-up.

## Requirements
- Strong Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Clear Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise professionally and efficiently with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to assist in additional roles or tasks as needed during busy periods to help maintain smooth operations.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for detail, especially in managing enquiries, renewal tasks, and data accuracy.
- Administrative Experience in the IT Sector (Desirable): Previous experience in IT-related administration is a plus, providing familiarity with broadband, billing, and technical terminology.
- Proficiency with Office Software: Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other standard office tools for data entry and record-keeping tasks.

## Who are we?
ICUK has been established for over 20 years. We primarily focus on supplying wholesale communication solutions to white label providers who rebrand and resell our services as their own. In broad terms we supply broadband, leased lines, traditional phone lines, VoIP, and web hosting. At the heart of our organisation is our in-house developed control panel which allows users to manage all aspects of their estate with us, and for the most part they are self-sufficient without being hugely reliant on us to action things or supply information.
