Summary
Experienced shift manager required for a busy public house in Guiseley. Previous experience is essential. The following duties are required. running the business in the GMs absence, running a small team of up to 15 employees. Cash handling and banking, health and safety checks including hourly checks, cellar management, dealing with bookings and events, computer work i.e inputting staff hours and the end of night cashing up. Previous experience of a assistant manager or senior supervisor in the hospitality trade is essential.
