clinical deputy home manager
Salary up to £60k plus bonus
Supernumerary hours
40 hours per week – Monday Friday 9-5.30pm ( 1 duty manager weekend shift every 7 weeks get 2 days off in week)
A super opportunity for an experienced clinical lead or deputy manager with excellent clinical skills and experience of working in a care home has arisen. If you are are a deputy manager with a current PIN this is the role for you.
The home is a stunning Good rated purpose built nursing, residential and dementia care home that is part of a a very well established and well regarded care home group
The home is a luxury home with amazing facilities for the residents including a hair salon, bistro , cinema with a focus on dementia care
The ideal candidate will be a personable and hands on manager who is passionate about delivering best practice and be someone who is looking to join a hardworking and friendly team. You will be working supernumerary hours 40 hours per week
You will support and deputise for the Home Manager and you will provide inspiring leadership to your colleagues including 3 unit managers and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care.
You will be a confident nurse and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills.

You will be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a current PIN and experience in a residential care home setting. Based in the UK with the right to work , you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools.
You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improve
