Web Admin and Returns Administrator
Lytham St Anne's, Lancashire
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £22,384.79 per annum (£11.44 per hour)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of our dynamic Website Admin and Returns team. Our department ensure that all orders placed through our online, mail order and partnership channels meet customer expectations, whilst also processing associated returns and exchanges.
Working hours will fall within the department operating hours of 9am-6pm, Monday to Saturday.
Shift patterns will be based on a weekly rotation basis and will be published 4 weeks in advance. Additional support and flexibility will be required during peak times.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work across all areas of the department.
Web Admin
Analysing the progress of orders, to ensure that delivery dates and deadlines are met.
Where delivery dates are not possible you will ensure that customers are notified at the earliest opportunity.
Ensuring that all details relating to an order are kept up to date.
Building strong relationships with our branches and holding them accountable.
Updating associated reports and circulating on set weekly/monthly basis.
Actioning incoming department post daily.
Monitoring V12 Finance agreement status’ confirming payment has been requested where appropriate.
Web Returns
Receiving and handling returns/exchanges from our various channels.
Ensuring all returned items meet the required quality standards for processing.
Working closely with internal departments such as Customer Services.
Ensuring that the correct stock control processes are followed.
Recording and reporting on processed volumes.
All applicable system training will be provided as part of the role.
