As a Finance Assistant, your responsibilities will include…
• Managing and dealing with invoices/accounts
• Carrying out general accountancy & bookkeeping
• Carrying out purchase and sales ledger
• Processing timesheets/hours for payroll & allocating holidays
• Use of Excel spreadsheets
• Supporting the finance team
We are looking for a Finance Assistant with the following skills and experience…
• Some experience as an Accounts/Finance Administrator
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
• High attention to detail, reliable and confident Administrator
• Happy to pick up the phone and speak with people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• AAT Qualification/part qualification is a bonus as study support is provided
In return, the successful Finance Assistant will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
