Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking person to join our Adult’s Housing and Support Team in North Somerset. You will be passionate about providing high quality housing support for individuals with a history of rough sleeping and you will be keenly interested in those we work with and support, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
This role involves working from our housing site just outside of central Weston-Super-Mare. As a Team, we are passionate about ending the cycle of homelessness through the delivery of effective Housing Support Services. Creating professional, positive and, trusting relationships with our housing customers is central to this, in order to provide a supportive environment where they can make steps to move on to greater independence and achieve goals that matter to them. Our teams take an asset-based approach to actively encourage positive progression for all the individuals we work alongside. Whilst there are systems in place to support you, a substantial part of the role includes the ability to lone work. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone and somebody who is able to understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours, appropriately.
