Deputy Clinical Lead
Northwood - commutable from Watford, Harrow, St Albans etc
Salary: £22 p/h - Circa £41,000 per annum
I am looking to recruit an excellent Deputy Clinical Lead at a top-rated, purpose-built care home in Northwood. The home itself is very easily assessable via car, bus or train.
My client is looking for a deputy Clinical Lead candidate who has had a number of years' experience working in a nursing home, residential home or hospital environment, and while they would ideally like someone who has previously spent time as a deputy they will also consider a strong team leader, ward manager or unit manager with a track record of good leadership skills wishing to take the next step in their career.
This will be a clinical role and therefore the deputy nursing home manager candidate must be nurse qualified, either RGN or RMN with an active NMC Pin. As the nursing home specialises in mental health and challenging behaviour a strong knowledge of both of these care types are essential and some quality assurance experience is also desired.
The Registered Deputy Clinical Lead requirement:
• Ideally 2 years management experience
• Good knowledge of CQC
• Quality assurance experience
• NVQ5 or working towards (preferable)
• Strong knowledge of elderly and dementia care
• RGN or RMN (essential)
• Passion for providing the highest quality care.
