Summary

Premises Officer: 30 hours per weekSalary: Grade 7 Point 11. Equivalent = £12.80 per hour. (Full time annual salary = £24,708. This will be paid on a pro-rata basis.)
Contract: 30 hours a week, 52 weeks a year.
Monday - Friday 7.00am -10.00am & 3.00pm - 6.00pm

Interviews: Week beginning Monday 4th November 2024Job Purpose: a) To undertake responsibility for the supervision of the site and the maintenance and security of the buildings. b) Contribute to the provision of high-quality maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds which ensures that students have a comfortable, clean, safe and well-maintained environment in which to work or otherwise use the school facilities. What we are looking for: We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and flexible premises officer to be responsible for the maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school building and grounds to ensure that staff, and children have a comfortable, clean, safe and well-maintained environment in which to work and learn.
