As a Candidate Support Coordinator you will work with regional recruiters to support candidates through the Army recruitment process.

This role will be based between your home and onsite at our offices in Upavon, Wiltshire.

This role is a full time, permanent role, with a start date of January 2025.

What you'll be doing:

• Contacting and supporting a number of candidates who are currently going through their recruitment journey to join the British Army
• Updating clear and accurate candidate notes on the internal database
• Taking ownership of your personal performance targets
• Regularly suggest valid and appropriate ideas to improve people processes and customer service
• Engaging with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting recruiters within the regions

What we're looking for:

• Strong customer service experience over the telephone
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Good IT skills, with the ability to learn inhouse databases
• Organised approach
• Familiarity with Army Careers would be an advantage
