General Warehouse Operative Required in Whitstable, Kent
Join our team in Whitstable as a General Warehouse Operative. We are looking for candidates with strong warehouse experience, particularly those familiar with operating machinery and handling chemicals. This role involves key warehouse duties such as stock taking, order picking, and maintaining stock levels, as well as some machine work
About this General Warehouse Operative role in Whitstable, Kent
Operate machinery and manage chemicals in a safe and efficient manner.
Conduct stock taking and order picking.
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure warehouse organization.
Follow safety protocols, including wearing safety boots and a hi-vis vest.
Working Hours, Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm, Fridays 8am to 1.30pm
About you the ideal General Warehouse Operative in Whitstable, Kent
Previous experience in a warehouse/ factory environment is essential, especially with machinery and preferably with chemicals.
Physically fit to handle standing and moving throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
